You must have defeated FlamMan V2 to deactivate his security cube. He is located in a dead-end in Undernet 5. With that out of the way, go to Undernet 6 and make your way as far up as possible and as far left as possible. Through trial and error you'll reach a path leading away to the left and up. If you hit the security cube, you'll know you're in the right place. Continue on, and you'll enter Undernet 7. Huzzah.

In Undernet 2, go to the left, around the void where the warp point is. Take the arrow left to the warp point. From there, make your way along the top path till you get to the purple navi (not the postman). If the plot allows, he'll let you in. Tadah.

You must have already defeated Flamman V3. Having done that, (and jacked out and back in,) go to Undernet 6 and wend your way up and left. Do that long enough and you'll reach a long path that winds away to the left until it hits Flamman's security cube, which should dissolve. Continue on, and voila: Undernet 7. However, you won't be able to do much without a lot more of extra playing.

Start in the Undernet Square. Go to the warp point at the far right/top. That's Undernet 5. Assuming the guard navi allows you to move on, make your way around the arrows, then go down one and up the stairs, over, down the stairs, around, and up to Undernet 6. Or, if Alpha's already been stolen, take the warp from Sci-Lab 1 into Undernet 5 and go straight to reach Undernet 6. Separate warp points (like from the DNN editing console) not discussed.
