To check your trophies on PS3 go to Games in the XMB. Near the top of the list there will be a trophies option, select this and submit. If you have an online account your trophies will be synced to or from your account. After the sync(if any) you will be able to see all your games that support trophies, and the trophies you have earned for each one.

∙ 10y agoYou earn trophies by registering PSP, PSVita or PS3 consoles to your PSN accounts. Then you play the games to actually earn the trophies, and sync them to your online account.

It depends on what you mean by Cheating and PlayStation Network. If you mean PlayStation Home then you can report them by pressing "Select" (opposite side on the controller of the START button).
