∙ 9y agoIn Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorer of Darkness, you can find Vulpix in the dungeon that is called Sky Stairway however it can only be found on Floors 1 through 49 and it will appear randomly while you are in the dungeon.

∙ 13y agoYou have to get a relaxed type and it can be either a Phanpy or a Vulpix, depending on your gender. If you are a female you are Vulpix but if you are male you are Phanpy.
