omg !! okay when you catch him staring next time, dont look away or act like you didnt see it. kinda smile at him, look down, and then look back at whtever your supposed to be looking at [teacher, book, etc.]
okays lemme answer this ... hm .. so start talking to him first. like offer help or if he needs paper, give him. then, say, 'oh hey, think i could have your number ? im having a competition with my friend to see who can get more numbers' or something. then later, txt him 'hey, is this _____?' [whtver his name is] and when he says yeah, just say, just checking to make sure its really yours. then start a convo and let fate take its cource :) haha um or you could sit next to him start taking a little then start a cool convo that he wants to finish then say you have to go so he's like just text me the rest here my numbers___-___-_____!
