First of all...u need a mystic ticket to get there...once ur there..u can catch either lugia or ho-oh....or jus cheat lyk everyone else....type these codes in ur vba emulator.... 82005274 0172

with this done ...go to the pokemart and buy this item..and once ur done..dnt forget to disable this cheat
