You can't go nude. This would require you to change the models in the client files, which is a really really dark gray area. Some might even consider it against the ToS and AUP.
Although there is an addon that will let you see your character nude, no one else will be able to see you.

∙ 12y agoThere are two ways of going nude:One WITH gear stats, and one without. The one without is just un-equipping your gear. To do with stats, just hit 'C' (Default) and next to every piece of gear [except Weapon(s)] there is a checkmark. Un-check the box and the piece of gear will become hidden.
