First, you need to find the BLANK SHEET OF PAPER. Then push the lamp in C.J's bedroom down AS FAR AS IT CAN GO. Hold the BLANK SHEET OF PAPER underneath THE LIGHT. The go back to the TELESCOPE and reset the coordinates to 87 and 16. Look through the telescope and type "THIEF IS MR SILVA". Then go back to THE TRUCK and drive the ramp out the window.

Push the book Tess's Tree off the top of the bookcase. Put the battery back in the toy truck and drive it into CJ's room, and toward the ramp.
