Well, usually your just supposed to talk it out with your inflicter, ignore inflicter, stand up to inflicter, tell an adult/other person who can help about your inflicted.

Actually, there's so much you can do to stop problems, but many people don't admit to having one these days--it's not something to hide, though! Get help about your problems of any type (to drug abuse or domestic violence, we have people out there to help with that stuff, you know)
