once you get past 10,000 lifetime rewards you can buy Fertility Treatment and then when ur sims gets pregnant she will have twins or triplets

So, get your female Sim pregnant then while she's pregnant press on your keypad ctrl+^shift+C then type "Forcetwins" without the " "'s

If you have the fertility treatment (lifetime reward) 2 apples will get you boy twins and 2 watermelons will get you girl twins. I'm preety sure that's right.
