You can't really "heal" it your self. It takes time for the swelling to go down. Mine took about 1-2 weeks.
the best thing is to put an ice pack on it. it will most likely heal in a couple of days
A red, hard, swollen scabbed thing on your arm could be a bug bit. If it doesn't heal in a few days, have it checked by your doctor.
