With difficulty is the short answer. Whether in Fahrenheit or Celsius, 140 degrees is very hot - the highest outdoor temperatures on Earth are around 120 degrees Fahrenheit in one or two places in deserts. So you would need a huge boiler or furnace, and would need to consume a lot of fuel. Don't try to enter a room at that heat, you would faint and die soon!
