I hold my chicken like this:
I put one hand underneath the chicken and and take my four fingers and spread them apart so the pinky and index finger are paired together and the middle finger and pointer finger are paired together then I put that hand and put one chicken leg in between one pair of fingers, and the other leg in between the other pair of chicken legs.
I put my other hand on top of the chicken's wings.
oh yeah, or you could just hold onto their legs, but that's kinda mean (in my opinion) but it does work and its like the chicken just falls asleep or somthing...
