Oxycodone the active ingredient in percocet, is synthesized and should be relatively impossible to successfully synthesize without sufficient pharmaceutical and chemical knowledge and equipment.

Yes with a cold water extraction, but in my opinion its not worth it unless you got 3 or more. You need to try and get as much tylonol out as you can so filter it 4 times then use cotton when you draw it up. Be safe and only do this if you really think you must.
