I've been looking for the same answers, and after some research I found out there are two screws behind the air deflectors on the center console. So carefully pop those out and remove the screws. I believe the rest of the center console's bezel will pop off, usually with a little prying. And be sure to disconnect the battery before messing with any wiring, I had to learn that lesson the hard way. From here on in your on your own.
Hope this was some help
Crutchfield sells a kit that allows you to install a single din aftermarket stereo where the pocket under the A/C controls are located.
yes
Absolutely!
how long does it take to install a heater core in a 2000 dodge neon
The easiest option in the world would be to visit Best Buy or a local car audio store and buy a wiring harness for your vehicle. They are typically priced between $15-25. It will connect directly to the factory harness and MOSTLY match up color for color on the end that wires up to the aftermarket stereo. If in doubt have a professional install it.
you need to make sure that you purchased the right harness for your year and model, (i have a 2005 impala and just did this about 3 months ago). make sure that you splice the right wires for each speaker into the harness that you bought for you car (NOT the CD Player Harness), note that the speakers and all the wires you need to splice will be the same colors as the ones that you are splicing them into. then you will need to install a dash CD player instillation kit, or a deck. afterwards, your CD player should be running right.

I don't think any OEM alarms have a 'valet switch.' To the best of my knowledge, that is something only found on aftermarket alarms...
There is an aftermarket tool "dipstick" that can be purchased online. It rolls up and can be kept under seat. Around $50
you can make any aftermarket CD player fit; you will just have to find the exact mount for it, and the mount will fit any CD player. you can find them at your local walmart, audio store, etc.
I do not know how much it would cost to have a factory sunroof installed by a dealer, but I expect it would be a lot more than a a respectable body shop would charge to install an aftermarket one
Some models require strap mount across the rear fender to mount custom or after-mareketseats.
