Hi There!
I'm sure you're referring to Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time because that is one of the most asked questions about that game.
The game is designed in an unusual way as far as making your character (Link) jump. You cannot jump whilst standing like Mario and other platform/ adventure games rather you must find a ledge run off of it to jump. It is one of the few unfortunate things concerning the game. I may be mistaken but this also applies to Twilight Princess if your referring to that one.
Good Luck
Hope this helps : )
The only games that had a jump function where some of the early Gameboy games. And those involved either a cloak or a feather that when used, would allow you to jump. Now in console games, N64 and newer, Link will automatically jump over small gaps, as long as you are moving towards it.
You just run off a ledge and Link should jump automatically(the faster you run the farther you jump). There is no way other than this. When in the boat let out the sail and while your moving press R.
It is important to note that you are not able to jump at will in Zelda-Twilight Princess.
For most of the game, you are required to stay on your feet.
There are only certain times/places in the game when you are capable of jumping.
As you have probably noticed, If you press the A button while moving around, you will roll.
But if you press the A button while moving towards a ledge, you will jump instead.
This will allow you to leap across small gaps.
Frustratingly, there is no way to jump straight up.
So if there is something hanging above you just out of reach, you must find another way to get it.

you cant jump you can only jump off the edges like into the water or down anything
To jump you just run off a ledge. You cant jump anywhere else.
You can't jump unless you run off an edge.
No, you can only jump down from high ledges
you can't
Zelda is Zelda in every Zelda
Well, The Legend of Zelda Four Swords is only 2 Player and up But in Zelda: Four Swords Adventures you can play solo
Yes
A Gamecube
regional
you cant
depends which one you are talking about, but yes. unless ofcourse you are talking about the new Legend of Zelda Four Swords Anniversiry edition, on the dsi shop for free
No, The Legend of Zelda The Four Swords cannot be played on the NDS lite. There was a limited addition version for the NDSi but that cannot be played on the original NDS
It's a bit more strategic than its prequels but if you liked the minish cap you'll love four swords... and if you're a Zelda fan at all, this game is pretty cool...
well i picked up a 3ds and i got the legend of zelda four swords free from the eshop and it auto saves on it so im pretty sure it auto saves
First, you have to take your sword and stick it in Zelda's head!
It is a Thwomp.
