regular exercises help to widen the blood vessels,,more blood flows faster and efficiently. keeps the heart strong, thus able to pump the blood to the rest of the body faster.

eat low fat food, fat contain cholesterol that sticks to the walls of coronary arteries/veins. that partially block the veins/arteries leading to the disruption of normal blood circulation.

things like smoking also interferes in the circulatory system cos it damage the lungs which are also related to the circulatory system.

The best ways are to avoid smoking, drink only in moderation, and not eat a lot of fried or fatty foods. This way, fat deposits will not be laid down in the arteries and bllod circulation and supply will be maintained at a maximum.

It also helps if you take regular excercise, to keep your heart and capilliary muscles well-toned and healthy.
