While not a resident in Heaven, the devil seems to have an access card to let him visit. In Job 1:6 he is on a visit and asked god to toy with Job's life (kill his family, ruin his health and impoverish him) as a sort of mean bar bet.

I don't think so, but Satan was cast out of heaven due to his pride. I think once you get there you are pretty safe. It's not what you know, it's who you know and have put your faith in i.e Jesus. When you get to heaven you will have a new body, and you will be without sin. You will be so happy and content and there will be no Satan up there to tempt you so you won't have a desire to sin, only to love God.
