- Finishing of bottle must be perfect

- There shouldn't be any bubbles in the perfume

- Fragrance would be long lasting

- Fragrance sprayed won't show any speck

There is no quick visual way or smell test to determine whether a fragrance is a fake (meaning a cheap copy-cat version). A trained perfumer would be able to differentiate between a perfume that has natural ingredients (which is usually what the original, expensive version has) or synthetic ones by careful odor evaluation. Or a strength test could tell also, cheaper perfumes tend to be more heavily diluted.

But in either case, you need to smell both samples at the same time to do an accurate comparison.

A chemist can run both samples on a gas chromatograph (GC) and immediately be able to tell which is the more expensive version, but again you need both samples to compare.
