If a person is acting strange around you or another person and they tend to be many places you are at the same time, they might be a stalker or they must really like you. They may also avoid you but are always there at certain times. They giggle and act shifty when you walk past or send you loads of creepy letters, emails texts etc. and are just over friendly.
-When you know almost everything about the person but have only talked a few times.
-When you know the exact layout of their house but have never been invited inside by the person.
-When you follow them around constantly without the person knowing.
-When you find yourself doing crazy things to learn more about a person.
-When the person tells you that you creep them out or to stop stalking them.
-When you get arrested for stalking.

1-If you frequently bump into the same person at different places, such as at work, in parking lots, or at a grocery store. Unless you have the same schedule at school or the same work areas, it is a potential stalker.
2-Some stalkers may try to fester feelings of isolation, or spread rumors around so you are more vulnerable. Making them the only one who talks/likes you.
3- Some stalkers will send their victims gifts, especially when building up the courage to finally "meet" them.
Stalking is a serious and illegal problem if you are dealing with a stalker confirm it and please report it. Being 'Nice' to your stalker will not help but only encourage them. Do not be afraid to confront them and tell them it is a legal matter.

Most people in general are stalked by someone they know. Not necessarily intimate.
Very.
Being stalked is when you see a stranger or even an old boyfriend or someone you know sneaking around; being at the same places you are or standing outside your house. They can also make many phone calls; leave emails; etc. If you even have a hint of being stalked then tell your parents! If you do not let someone know then you may be putting your life in jeopardy. It is better to be safe than sorry.
Not a total stranger stalks someone. Someone who is being stalked from one of his or her known one. May be the stalker would like to know more about a person that's why he or she stalks.
