You're really only a furry if you think you are. There is not concrete way to determine that you are a furry. Some would say that if you fursuit/draw/look at etc. you are furry. But, I find that that's a little... extreme. It's like telling someone, "You ARE part of the anime fandom, deal with it!" It just doesn't work.
