A 2005 Trailblazer that is equipped with traction control sensors is going to have a warning device to warn if traction is lost. The warning is usually in the form of a dash light with a tire sitting at an angle. Other warning devices might be used like a bell or beeper.

If you are speaking of a car with traction control, it is the car letting you know the wheels are slipping and it has entered into traction control mode.

If your SC300 does not have the TRAC option, then it does not have traction control. But I know nothing about TRAC systems, so I couldn't tell you how to turn it on. :)
That is the MB Stability Control System, it works together with the ABS and traction control system. It is called ESP (electronic stabilty program) also know as tghe SCS on other manufacturers.
As far as I know Traction control of any kind is banned in F1, and the ECUs are standardized to enforce the ban

From what I know your abs is what has the traction control built in, your abs controls your master cylinder, so if you are having a traction control problem you are going to want to replace your abs box not your master.
Usually the ABS and traction control off lights will come on
