There are generally 3 things to look for when trying to decide if your piercing is infected or is just a little irritated and all 3 things are generally present with an infection. the three things are: 1. redness around the openings 2. it feel hot or feverish 3. there is puss present at or being secreted out of the openings. if you're noticing all 3 of these signs chances are you have an infection.
Eyebrow piercings are somewhat tricky because most of them sit or ride right on top of the brow bone. This means that this bone is putting a constant, however slight, pressure on the part of the jewelry that is under the skin. This pressure can and most often does cause the piercing to "migrate out".
If this is the case you will experience openings that seem to always be at least slightly pink or seem irritated and the amount of skin between the two openings will gradually become narrower and narrower until it is no longer safe to wear jewelry. Generally you'll be left, at best, with a hairline white scar the length of the original piercing and at worse an obvious gap in your eyebrow where hair will no longer grow.
Your eye is missing
It can get infected easily. It has a high chance of rejection which will leave a scar.
An eyebrow piercing...
The best way to know if your new piercing is infected is by the visual appearance. If the piercing is red or inflamed, it may be infected. It also may be hot to the touch.
The opposite of the piercing, tragus ~ anti tragus, eyebrow ~ anti eyebrow.

If you do, get an eyebrow piercing, you're vulnerable, to infections. Also, for the first few hours your eyebrow may puff out a bit .. But its all normal :-D
yeah
Its definitely not a good idea to as your piercing can easily get infected by doing this. It may also close up in the time it is out. Wait 6 weeks before changing your jewelry
