Look under the rear of the car for drive axels similar to the ones used on the front (or you could look for the body plate on the rear hatch area that would indicate "AWD" if the option was factory installed ;) )

Vibe rims do not fit the 2010 Matrix AWD. We bought wnter tires from a Vibe thinking that they did fit. However the bolt holes are offset so that you cannot mount the four holes on the studs. We eneded up buying four Matrix rims and put the tires on them. Vibe rims maybe fit other earlier Matrix models. They do not fit the 2010 AWD 2.4 litre Matrix.
I put dunlops on my wifes vibe. She loves them. We have just put them on for the fourth year , and she has a 45 min. ride to work daily.
NO
It must be a timing CHAIN , the Gates website doesn't list a timing belt for it

I don't know what size but on an 01 S60 you need an Allen wrench.
Look underneath the rear fo the vehicle. If you see a driveshaft extending back from the area of the engine to a rear axle and differential housing for the rear wheels, you can be sure that it is an AWD model. 2WD models will lack the driveshaft, the axle, and the differential housing.
I am pretty sure that it is non existent, i have a 99 mountaineer and it is AWD and i am going to assume that yours has either FWD or AWD which means it has a transmission and a transfer case not a transaxle
Fwd is standard. Awd was an option.
