You can call a GM dealer and give them the VIN# and tell him what you want to know and he'll tell you. Are look at the tag on the rear end plate if its still there and it will tell you. IF you want to know for sure, Then here's what you do.
Remove the rear end plate and count the teeth on the big gear ( RING GEAR )
Then count the teeth on the small gear ( PINION GEAR ) up inside of housing
And it runs in the ring gear. Then devide small # into big # And that is your gear ratio
FOR SURE.

Is it WATER or Antifreeze ? If it's WATER then it is coming out of the A/C box. It is condensation and that is normal. If it's antifreeze Then it is coming from the engine and I need to know what engine you have to help on that part.

Answer GO TO YOUR CHEVY DEALERSHIP & ASKUsually the ft. lbs. on a intake and heads is 90 lbs. But just go to a mechanic and he can tell you. It also has to do with the compression ratio of motor too. I assume the ratio is probably no more than 8.0 on a '77, I know for a big block 454 the ratio was 9.5 factory on the older vettes. But hell a good Chevy man should know this right off the bat!
