Dogs with parvo-virus doesn't eat at all. Usually, we have to force them to eat and drink using srynge. So if your dog started to eat on his own again, Its either the virus is complety gone or he is getting well.
But the best answer is if you see him doing things that he didnt do while he's sick, he is probably okay.
