Scroll to the bottom of the page. It should say "This page was last modified:..."
Questions are answered on a daily basis. To determine when an answer to a specific question was last updated, click on the "Question history" in the column on the left side of the page.

Wikipedia content is licensed under Creative Commons. The date that the page was last modified is at the very bottom of each page.
Since their copyright date says 2013, and their Twitter page was last updated 10 hours ago (on May 31st 2013) I'd say it would be last updated sometime in May 2013, although the exact day is hard to tell.

If you want to know when an individual question/answer page was last updated, try one of two things: check the properties of the page (right-click in Windows), or sign in and view the complete page history.

First you have to get the page-you want created-approved by Wikipedia Admins.
I do not think you can get a bio page on Wikipedia.
