How do you know when you've found your true love?

Love cannot be pursued. You cannot find it, it comes to you! And when/if it does it should be mutual between you and your partner. You should both feel the same way about eachother, not only in words but in actions also. If you feel your partner does not feel the same way about you then regardless if he/she says 'I love you', you are most likely not going to last forever!

Whenever you see this person, all of your problems have gone away and your heart seemed like it just light up. And you can't really wait to see this person again and would just give up like anything just to be with this person. I learned in Bible school that true love is when you are vulnerable and when you humble yourself just so that everything will work out, as pride has no place in a real relationship, as pride means that someone is not whole-heartedly committed to the relationship as he or she should be. The Greek work for this kind of love is Agape, and it is the kind of love that can leave you holding the bag, so to speak, because if you are not truly vulnerable and open to real emotional and every other kind of harm, you are not really in love.
