How can you tell when your hamster is sick?

-Shivering

-Inactive

-lazy

-irregular breathing

-restlessness (nervous signs)

-dry nose

Wet tail ~happens mainly if your hamster is stressed, or if they are being handled too much. Unclean cages could also lead to wet tail, or quick changes of environments

Your hamster will have glassy eyes (which are supposed to be bright black) and will be unactive. They won't eat as much as they usually do and they won't sleep too much. Their fur will be ruffled and your hamster will look tired and disoriented. They might constantly scratch their ears and have a damp spot around their tail.
