If it doesn't spark knock (ping) you're okay.

You have to have a flex fuel engine that is designed to use E-85
Yes. An E85 car is called a Flex Fuel car meaning it can burn regular gasoline or E85.
no. not unless you get it tuned to run on e85. im a vw tech. e85 uses about 30% more fule then gas so your car would run lean and blow up.
nothing really, It will just ride more rich and you'll have to service it a bit more often If you put E85 in a vehicle that is not a FlexFuel vehicle you will have serious problems. The E85 will cause major problems with the fuel lines and all other parts it comes in contact with. The E85 is much more corrosive than regular gasoline. Do not use E85 in a vehicle that is not FlexFuel.
Gas mileage is way better with regular unleaded gasoline over E85.
Probably not. My 2009 Vibe won't run it and since the 2010 was the last year model, I doubt seriously that any major modifications were made to the Vibe. I believe all GM vehicles that run E85 have a yellow gas cap, and an E85 sticker on the inside of the gas door (and a FlexFuel decal on the car somewhere?).
the answer is : 1,38 dollars See : http://e85.whipnet.net/e85.price/gallons.html
E85
It is not made for E85 it is just designed to be able to use E85. You can use regular fuel and it will get better fuel economy in the process.
If you are referring to E85, from my experience using E85 actually lowers the fuel economy.
Regular gasoline can be used in an E85 vehicle, but E85 cannot be used in a vehicle that wasn't designed for it. Why? Bascially moving E85 creates a static charge, so the gas system needs to be mostly plastic to reduce the risk of sparking (plastic fittings, tubes, etc).
No , the engines are not designed to use e85 in a 1971 Ford F-150
It is known as gasahol. Ethanol fuel mixed with 15% gasoline is known as E85, though all gas sold in the US has to have some ethanol mixed in by law.
