To learn ninjutsu from the series of Naruto first you have to learn chakra moulding and the manipulation (control) of chakra. Chakra moulding deals with learning how to use it and chakra manipulation deals with learning where to send it in your body from any of the 361 tenketsu. But Sasuke Uchiha learned the fireball jutsu before this how is unkown my guess is that he is a Uchiha and his clan has great talent. There are three ways to learn chakra control and chakra manipulation. One of these ways is the three climbing exercise (which I suggest you should learn first), without your hands climb the tree by send chakra to your feet. If you send to much chakra to your feet you will bounce off the tree, but if don't send enough chakra you will fall off. You have to balance how much chakra you send, by doing so you should stick to the tree. Don't get frustrated if you don't learn it right away, this takes time and a great deal of training to learn (even if it is just a cartoon I believe in it, BTW I'm 13). Once you learn this technique it will work on all solids. Another way to learn chakra control is the water walking exercise. This exercise is similar to the three climbing exercise, but harder because the water is not solid (I suggest you do this second). Since the water is not solid there will be waves and ripples so you have to have constant chakra control. And the last chakra control exercise is the leaf concentration. This exercise is what I think is the hardest one of all since the others cover a large area of your body but this covers a very small portion of the body. HOP THIS HELPED!!!
