Recorder notes are best learned by looking at the the tablature provided by the recorder maker and playing the notes yourself. If you no longer have the tablature yourself, Recorder Fingerings (link below) is useful.

To gain familiarity with the notes, it is best to practice scales daily. A combination of having the tablature in front of you and a piece of sheet music with scales on it is useful for this. I suggest learning C first if you want to play the soprano or tenor recorders, or F if you are learning the alto or bass. From there, it is best to move around the circle of fifths in both directions (that is, for the soprano, learning G and F next and then D and Bb, etc).
