Since, to my knowledge, you cannot access the dev. console in non-pc versions of skyrim, you cannot enter any cells that you cannot enter naturally through gameplay. so no.
It depends on which one you are looking foor. Each hold in skyrim has its own hall of the dead.
That would be wicked awesome... but you can't.
If you need a claw to open it, check to palm of the claw in your inventory. If not, look it up on cheatcodecentral.com or any Skyrim forum.
Nazir wears a retextured version of the Hammerfell garbs that the other redguard assassins wear.perfect if you want to rp as a jedi or sith.Im trying to find out if there is any way to get his special garbs but so far i keep running into dead ends.maybe you can check the testing hall if there is one and you have the pc version.i know Oblivion had a testing hall with just about every common item in the game.

Whiterun, behind the Companion's mead hall "Jorrvaskr" or whatever. Its on a hill beside the Jarl's palace "Dragon's Reach"
it would be the cheat that takes you to the testing hall which is coc*space*testinghall which is a room with every item every weapon, every spell, every alchemy ingredient, all armors, and everything you could possibly get into your inventory for free, just don't go into any testing rooms, you wont be able to get out :) must leave then fast travel to leave hawkhaven game testing planet surrounded by water. good luck with game.
