There are two ways to get to Outlands.
One is to take the Dark Portal. This portal is in the Blasted Lands, Eastern Kingdoms. The Alliance have a base, Netherguarde Keep, but the Horde have to walk/ride from Stonard. There is also a portal in every capital city that will port you to the Dark Portal if you are above level 58.
The other way is to have a mage port you to Shattrath City. This is the main city in Outlands. From there you can take a flight path to the starting city for each faction.
Once you are through the Dark Portal for the first time, you will automatically know the flight paths for Shattrath, Honor Hold or Thrallmar (depending on your faction) and a flight path to the Stair of Destiny (The Dark Portal).
Note: You no longer need to be level 58 to pass through the Dark Portal, you only need to have the Burning Crusade expansion (or higher) on your account.
Easiest way (if you are able to go to Dalaran) is to use the portals. Take a portal to a capital city and find the portal trainer there. There is a portal to Outlands right next to them.
If you are unable to get to Dalaran, then you will have to take the Zepplin/Boat in either Borean Tundra/Howling Fjord (Warsong Hold or Vengence Landing for the Horde, and Valliance Keep or Valgarde for the Alliance). This will take you to a capital city of your faction and you can take the portal to Outlands from there.
Upon reaching level 82, you can pick up a quest from the Warchief's Command Board / Hero's Call Board in your appropriate faction's city which will lead you to the Maelstrom, and then into Deepholm.
To leave the Lost Isles, you have to finish the quest line that takes you through it. There is no way to leave the zone. It is meant for goblins to level in, as it is a phased zone. Once you finish the quest lines, you will be sent to Orgrimmar. From there, you can choose where you want to go.
You go to southern eastern kingdoms to a place called "The Badlands" and in the south of that area is the dark portal. Enjoy!

Take the far right boat in stormwind harbor or menethil harbor to get to borean tundra or howling fjord
Outland is the area that was released with World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade. It is for people who are level 58 or higher. It is effectively a whole new planet to explore and used to be known as Draenor, the home of the Draenei. Outland is where the Black Temple, home of Illidan Stormrage, is situated.
Any class can go to the outlands. You just have to have burning crusade expansion installed.
Only if you want to create a dranei or blood elf, level past 60(70Max.), or go to the outland. Burning Crusade Is An Expansion For World of Warcraft.
Technically, the Pandaren from World of Warcraft were around before that movie came out. They were a joke on the part of Blizzard in Warcraft 3. They were going to be in World of Warcraft in the Burning Crusade, as the Alliance race, but that decision was changed to use the Draenei to go more in line with the expansion's Outland theme.
The expansion The Burning Crusade details the attempts of various Demonic overlords to overthrow the world of Draenor, now known as Outland. It is the first expansion to come for World of Warcraft. Its major villains are Archimonde, Kael'thas, Lady Vashj, Illidan Stormrage and Kil'jaeden.
I believe it's "Khorium" or "Adamantite", both rare nodes found around Outland and The Isle of Quel Danas.
(SPECULATIONS) The six (seven in total) unopened portals in Outland (Only the Dark portal is open, which connects Azeroth to Outland), Speculations were that the portals will open to planets that Sargereas went when he recruit the demons into the burning legion. Netherguard Keep is an Alliance fortress built in the Blasted Lands. On its high vantage point, its Magi and soldiers can keep close watch on the Black Portal and send through troops to Outland beyond.
assuming you have the previous expansion (the burning crusade) you can play in eastern kingdoms, kalimdor and outland but not northrend
Kil'jaeden is an Eredar, a type of Demon that sprang from the magically gifted but ambitious Eredar race from the world of Argus. He is also one of the three great leaders of the race, along with Archimonde and Velen, the current leader of the Draenei. He is the one who drove the burning legion to invade Outland, eventually hoping for the ambitious Prince Kael'thas to come under his sway and open the Sunwell into a portal for him to travel to Outland by.
There is no such thing as World of Warcraft: The Frozen Throne. It is called Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne. World of Warcraft is much different.
