If your asking how to raise your rank of a class then, this is how
First equip the Armour,you cant put other Armour on top of it as long as the Armour isn't another class. Then go find a monster and kill it, you will get exp for it in your class, it will be highlighted in blue. the more you rank up in the class, the more EXP you will gain per kill.
