I myself, can lick my nose. You stretch out your tongue, for beginners handle your tongue. Then you aim for your nose and if your using your hand, you will definitely touch your nose. BUT if your going for a non-hand reach, it WILL take practice... unless you have a huge tongue like Gene Simmons like me.
