remove inner door panel. check window mechanism. it may need oiling. if not u should be able to force it up by winding window up & putting pressure on bottom of window at same time.try spraying with WD 40 first
The question is too vague. Is the glass broken, does the window get stuck half way, does the window fall down, is the motion jerky, is it manual or electric?
If you hear no hum or whir when you push the button, maybe a bad fuse or the window motor. If you hear it and it won't work, may be off track or have some dirt or other foreign material stuck inside. If you are not mechanically inclined, don't mess with it. You could shatter the glass and maybe hurt yourself. And read your owmers manual and the model manual you can buy at most auto parts shops.

First take the door panel off and inspect the wires, the window track, and motor. My tempo has a stuck window as well. My window track is really rusty, and I think could be the issue.

get some rubber lube from your local car spares shop and spray it in the window channels, if that does not help, remove your door case and you will see a nut that holds the window channel in place if you loosen this nut you can move the channel out slightly, this should allow you to adjust the tightness of the window,if this fails then your motor is probably on the way out
