∙ 9y agoMy Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, is both professionaly, and by most fans, animated in the Adobe program "Flash." It's an animating program, that is very big, and takes a lot of learning if you want to be making your own. It would be best to watch videos, or take classes for learning it. Adobe programs are not easy to learn by just pushing buttons and seeing what they do. But if you still want to make a pony animation, without Flash, there is nothing saying you can't. It just might be a little harder to get matched character looks. However there are famous Bronies who animate, and their animations are nothing like the actual show. Just do whatever is best for you.
