Girl Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) used to have a pattern and material that you could buy to sew your own sash. However, they discontinued selling them many years ago.
So, you can either purchase a sash from the council store or from the GSUSA catalog, or find a sash pattern and material that is similar to the current sash material and sew one.
The shoulder seam of the Girl Scout Junior sash should be on the girl's right shoulder.
The Girl Scout sash is designed to lay on the right shoulder, go around the body, with the bottom of the sash on the left side of the body. The Girl Scout vest is designed so that it is worn by inserting both arms with an opening on the front. Placement of the insignia and awards is different on each. When wearing the Girl Scout sash, the pin tab with the membership pin and the WAGGGS pin is worn on the left side of the shirt rather than being on the sash. See related links for illustrations of both the Girl Scout sash and the Girl Scout vest.
The Early Bird patch is not an official Girl Scout insignia, so it should be placed on the back of the Girl Scout sash or vest.
The "You Are Registered" patch is not an official Girl Scout insignia, so it goes on the back of the sash or vest.
You put the Cookie CEO Badge with the other Girl Scout badges, on the front of the sash, going bottom to top.
For Girl Scouts of the USA, starting at the shoulder seam of the sash, first goes the American Flag Patch, then the Girl Scout Council Identification Set, then the Troop Crest, then the Troop Numerals.

If you do not have room on your sash or vest, many girls have made patch blankets where they sew the fun patches on a blanket. Or some have sewn the fun patches on a sweatshirt or hoodie.
The Girl Scout sash is worn over the right shoulder.
Girl Scout Brownie members of Girl Scouts of the USA have a Girl Scout Brownie uniform to wear. The uniform includes a white polo shirt or a blue short sleeve shirt; a brown skirt, skort, pants, or shorts; and a brown vest or sash.
