You could try File->Print Up near the printer select click properties then select layout->Landscape You can set your tabs in word so you can see yourself typing sideways but it will look exactly the same just longer lines...
As far as I can see - there is no 'rotate' option to manipulate the picture so that it turns sideways. The only option I can suggest is to create a copy of the picture, correctly rotated, then insert that into your document.
The free Infanview will allow you to do so.
