First you take a piece of cardboard as high as you want. Hot glue 4 of them, cut out a door and paint it. Or if you want a really good one make them out of pop sticks.
Did this help? I will help more if so.
I will guide you through the steps. Me and my imaginary horse Stinkers will show you some ideas! ;)
It depends on what your looking for, if you want a big barn versus a little run-in then you will obviously need more parts and more wood. there are also many options t consider. things like sliding or hinge doors, how many stalls, windows or no windows, do you want a hay loft, what about a tack or feed room, and a whole lot more. a simple barn is to make a box without a top or one side, add pieces of wood at even intervals, add a big sheet of wood along the edges of those pieces, and cut openings out for each stall. then add some string in between the 2 sides of the opening, one side attached and one on a hook. now you have a simple stall guard. this is just a basic idea, but really just go look at professionally made model horse barns on the breyer horse website or ask questions from other people who have made barns. YouTube is a wonderful place for this stuff! just have fun with it, and plan ahead.
Get some cardboard and hot glue. A knife and a Breyer to mesure with. Just make one out of cardboard. Easy and fun! :)
The biggest pole barn available is 40x80x14. This is the biggest size for a pole barn kit. A custom builder could possibly build a larger one.
Each Breyer size (Traditional, Classic, Stablemates) all have different size stables. For example, if you have a Traditional size Breyer, you have to get a Traditional sized stable, etc.
Really any size is available as people can make custom dresses to any size needed.

Well, the only way that I know of is that when you buy a breyer horse, there is a minature catalouge that comes inside the box with the horse (and rider). On one of the pages, it tells you the size, and price. Sometimes it may also show you how many different sizes they have of that size.
That depends what you mean by life size. However, this site will make very large, custom jigsaw puzzles for you, for a price: http://www.lifesizepuzzles.com/
"If you can't find a local store or outlet, both Pottery Barn and Amazon sell table pads for your dining table. If you need a custom size, they may be more expensive."

Breyer Horses are extremely detailed and realistic model horses made out of a combination of plastic and resin material. Breyer has been producing model horses since 1950, so about 50 years! Breyer has hundreds of models, in different sizes and molds. Each one is hand carved and hand painted, giving it a value of about $50, depending on the size. There are Traditionals (1:9 scale), Classics (1:12 scale), Paddock Pals, Stablemates, and Mini Whinnies. However, it is impossible to thoroughly describe all the features Breyer horses offer in this answer. To find out more, see the related links section below to go to Breyer's website!
