You will be needing a shifter and two Allen keys.
The shifter must fit your headset. (below the clamp & above the front tire)
And 5mm Allen Keys.
I would suggest a quad clam (makes your bars tighter & stops rattles)
#1 Tighten your clamp to the max.
#2 Make sure you have a spacer between your bearings (in the wheels).. (makes wheels solid and does not rattle)
#3 Tighten your wheels to an adjustable tighten (enough see the wheel does not jiggle) Tightening the wheel too much will make your scooter impossible to move.
More parts i suggest is a one piece and metalcores. Your scooter will be solid in no time.
Pick your scooter up and drop it on it's wheels and see if it's bouncy and sounds solid.
