ok when your on free roam press 'back' button next to the start button which is like a side way triangle. It should come up with a list of game types. Press 'rb' and it comes up with players scroll down and click on a player and then pick the first one which is 'propose new posse' and then there you go. If they accept or reject or dont do anything is up to them. If they are in a posse already then you can 'request posse join'. >>>>> ( Theese are instructions for Xbox not ps3 ) <<<<<<<<<

∙ 11y agoto make a posse, you press select in the multiplayer game to see a list of current players, you simply click their names and then press "invite to posse"
