u need a white trash bag 6 pieaces of string scotch tape and some scissors
then cut the trash bag in half so u have a square then poke holes in each of the corners put each string in each hole and tie them in a knot then at the bottom where ur actionfigure goes tape the ends of the strings together and attach the strings to the action figure and test it
Steps
1. Cut out an octagon shape from a polythene bag. 2. Make some small holes at each corner of the octagon. Make eight holes in all. 3. Tie/tape string of the same length to each one of the holes. 4. Tie the other free ends to a paper clip. 5. Make a person out of modeling clay (plasticine), or use a toy soldier. 6. Place the person / dummy onto the paper clip. 7. Cut out a small hole about 1 x 1 cm in the middle of the parachute. 8. Take hold of the the polythene part. Hold it up highest you can go or you can climb onto a chair or small wall and let go of it. 9. Watch your parachute and passenger glide down to the ground. Things You'll Need

A parachute is slowed down by air resistance.
yes.
you just slow down
A parachute slows down the descent of a person by creating drag and increasing air resistance. When a person jumps with a parachute, the parachute opens up and generates enough drag to slow down the fall, allowing the person to land safely without getting hurt.
