I just clicked the superscript button on the bold/italics/underline row and then typed the number and it worked. The superscript button is the one with the A squared symbol.
The way you get a little 2 on the keyboard is:
Google : Hold the alt key and click the following numbers by clicking 0,1,7,8.
Microsoft Document: Click "alt" gear and type in 2, 5, 3 and there you have it!!

Any number, A, raised to some power, x, can be written in the form, A^x in keyboard form.E.g. five squared would be written 5^2.
You must use character map to type out the abbreviated form of partial eta squared (ηρ²) since it uses Greek letters which are not included on an English based keyboard.
To make an apostrophe on a keyboard, press the key beside the "enter" key on the right hand side of the keyboard.

They make computer keyboard trays which are similar to to keyboard stands but they pull out from the desk or cart that the computer sits on. The computer keyboard stand is available but at a cost about $500.
You can't do that on a keyboard
Use the caret (shift 6). eg 3 squared can be typed as 3^2.
