Step 1)Make sure the chao has reincarnated at least 3 times.
Step 2)When it's still a child, feed it EXACTLY 1 of each Small Animal.
Step 3)While doing step 2, don't give the chao any Chaos Drives.
Step 4)After doing the previous 3 steps have the child chao become an adult like normal and you've got a Chaos Chao!
Step 5)Profit.

∙ 12y agoGet a chao and pet it, give it food, and play with it. Let it reincarnate twice. (Evolve ---> Reincarnate ---> Evolve ---> Reincarnate) Now give it all 21 animals and let it evolve.
