You can't. Only if you open the car from the passenger side will all of the doors unlock. Similar to pressing once versus twice with a remote.

I have a 2000 Toyota camery that the drivers door handle on the outside broke - not an easy job, the door must be taken a part, and there are screws you don't see that must be taken out so the handle come out. Do yourself a favor, take it to a mechanic who knows Toyota cars, or you will end up with more problems then just a handle.
