5. Blend with other ingredients.

Put the cooked pumpkin pieces in a blender with other ingredients and blend to make your smoothie! What ingredients you use in your smoothie will just depend on your personal taste. Milk, apple cider, yogurt, brown sugar, and other spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg are great choices. If you are in a hurry to make a pumpkin smoothie and do not have time to cook pumpkin, you can use pumpkin puree from a can. This will not provide as fresh of a flavor, but will still be delicious in a pinch!
