Using colored tissue paper, cut into 6 inch squares, roll one square sheet around a wooden pencil, snuggly, and with two index fingers and two thumbs, push and squeeze paper to center of pencil and gently remove tissue from pencil. You now have one petal. Repeat this process for four petals. Using flourist wire and tape, place tissue petals at top of wire, wrap tape around bottom of petals, and continue winding tape around the wire stem. Now you have your artificial POPPY.
