How do you make iron armor on Minecraft?

Iron can be found in caves above ground and underground. You can make tools and doors with it.

Firstly, you punch a tree to get wood. Make planks out of the wood. Make a crafting table. Then use your remaining wood to make sticks and if possible, a wooden pickaxe. Then mine three stone to get three cobblestone. Then you can use wood to make sticks to make a stone pickaxe. Then you can mine iron. If you want, you can make an iron ingot by putting iron ore in a furnace with coal.
