I think you always get one free magic seed, after you have a account for you to plant in your garden, but if not go to the botique and then go to the section with says, magic ( or something like that ) and then choose a Cabbage seed or a Rose seed, a cabbage seed will bloom into a boy and a Rose seed will bloom into a girl....

You then go to your garden and plant it, you can use a fertilizer to make it grow quicker or use some mandrake elixir on the seed to make your baby have a twin.
